Dr. Poplawski is a 2nd year resident in the Occupational and Environmental Medicine Residency Program at UCI.

What are your OSH interests/research focus? 

Occupational medicine.

What is your motivation for being in the field of Public Health/Occupational Health?

After finishing medical school, I spent almost a decade in the Army practicing as a primary care physician. My experience of taking care of injured service members has led me to pursue further training in the area of Occupational Medicine.

Fun fact or something interesting you'd like to share about yourself: 

I received my MD from SUNY Upstate Medical University, and I consider New York to be my home.  In my spare time, I enjoy traveling internationally and hanging out with my family.
