Anna is an undergraduate student majoring in Public Health at UCLA. 

What is your motivation for being in the field of Public Health/Occupational Health?

I am drawn to public health because I enjoy exploring the many ways health extends beyond traditional clinical settings and can be applied to improve the well-being of broader populations. I am especially interested in how our environments and social determinants of health influence health outcomes, as well as the strategies and interventions organizations can develop to address these factors and create meaningful, lasting change.

Fun fact or something interesting you'd like to share about yourself: 

I love to travel! I’ve visited 6+ countries over the past year and really enjoy exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and making new memories along the way. My next adventure is Taiwan, where I’ll be studying abroad for the fall semester!
